At Castelli Marble, we take pride in our premium natural stone and craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard-sized materials. Please note that custom-cut slabs and installed tiles are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the marble products in their original crates or packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged items cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Ship the authorized items back to our warehouse using a freight carrier of your choice; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the stone.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned material for integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
